I have the day off from work today, but it promises to be just as hectic as if I was at the store. Gotta do some laundry, go to the grocery, and I am finally gonna be able to have the time and money to get my hair cut. YAY!!!
Even tho the hours are beginning to get back to normal, the store is still a disaster area and we have had NO time to get it organized and cleaned. I am thinking I am gonna have to go in on one of my next days off and donate my time to cleaning just to have a clear path to the damn bathroom!
But since I am now down to a *normal* 40 hours a week, that shouldn't be too hard to do, ...LOL!
On another note, the issue with the missing cash has been resolved. He returned what ever it was he purchased and put the money back into the bank. So, now the checks that had been written for the electric and phone will not be returned and my account won't be charged that $35 returne fee...*sigh*.

Ever have the overwhelming feeling that the one who you love more than life itself is lying to you?
There is still no explanation for the money missing from the checking account...just an "I'm not telling you. I found something I wanted and took the money out to get it". Normally, I get a heads up when he needs some extra cash, but not this time.
And it couldn't have been at a more inconvenient time...I am desperately trying to get our monthly bills back on track so we can stop living from one disconnect notice to the next.
Sheesh...

Alrighty then...
I didn't budget my finances well and so my premium membership has expired...at least until I get paid on Friday. LOL!
But not to worry, I will be back to normal shortly. Seems I am addicted to this site and the perks of having the premium.

IT'S SNOWING...ALOT!!
I did nothing but bitch and complain about the snow and weather last year, but I seem to have a different outlook this year. I wasn’t prepared for the Michigan weather last year. And even though it has snowed more this year, it doesn’t seem to be bothering me as much…YET!!
We woke up to about 10 inches this morning…and it is expected to continue to snow the biggest part of the day. So, what’s different? I dunno…except for the fact that even though I am basically house bound, I am not bored yet. And Jimmy isn’t here in the house trying to find something to do.
He works for a commercial landscape company that also does snow removal. He went out this morning and it is possible he won’t be home until sometime tomorrow evening. Last year he was stuck in the house with absolutely nothing to do. Yes, he did have his World of WarCraft game, but there are only so many hours he can sit in front of the computer…he gets very restless. Even though I worry about him when he’s out working in these types of conditions, I know he is a good driver and will be careful.
As for me keeping myself occupied, I have my computer, and I am MORE than content to curl up in my papasan chair with a cup of tea and a good book. In addition to that I also have some movies on the DVR, and I can always catch up on my sleep. Besides, I LIKE my alone time…the time when the house is quiet, and so peaceful. I can just unwind and relax…
Let’s see how long this change in attitude is gonna last. LOL!
